The use of information processed through our Services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the specific Service for which Customers have engaged Decisions on Demand.
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
Decisions on Demand complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.
Decisions on Demand has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Decisions on Demand commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Decisions on Demand has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact or visit JAMS for more information or to file a complaint. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.
Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Decisions on Demand is responsible under the Principles for the processing of Personal Data it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to third parties acting as agents on our behalf. Decisions on Demand remains liable if such agent processes Personal Data from the European Economic Area in a manner inconsistent with the Principles (unless Decisions on Demand can prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage).
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Decisions on Demand’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
Information Collection and Use on the Site
We may collect contact information, such as your name, job title, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and certain company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry, from visitors who wish to receive information about Decisions on Demand and its products and services. Information Collection and Use through the Services

Decisions on Demand uses the account information that we collect to set up the Services for Customers. We may also use the account information to contact our Customers to further discuss customer interest in Decisions on Demand and the Services we provide, and to send information regarding Decisions on Demand or its partners, such as newsletters, promotions and events. All financial and billing information that we collect through is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Services. Except as needed to provide the services, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided.
Decisions on Demand may process third party personal information (“User Information”) under the direction of our Customers. We have no ownership of the User Information or any direct relationship with individuals whose personal information may be processed as part of providing our Services. We do not store such User Information — we act strictly as a data processor on behalf of our Customers. If you submit any User Information to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the the User Information provided to us can be legally collected in the country of origin, transmitted to us and used by us in accordance with this Policy.
Customers will use the Services to store data related to their business rules or processes (“Data”). Decisions on Demand will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in your Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, improving system performance, or suspected violation of your Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Decisions on Demand may transfer personal information to other companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers.
Public Forums
Our Site may in future offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Testimonials

Passive Collection
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. Third Party Tracking
Decisions on Demand and our third party advertising partners use clear gifs (web beacons), images and scripts. We tie the information gathered to our customers’ personal information. We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from Decisions on Demand on a go-forward basis, you may contact us at [email protected] and request that your Personal Information be removed from marketing-related emails.
Behavioral Targeting/Re-Targeting
We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Decisions on Demand will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except, to provide the Services that you have requested, when we otherwise have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- To provide the information to our trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Decisions on Demand under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Decisions on Demand communicate with you about offers from Decisions on Demand and our marketing partners. Security
